Outfitted Week 6

Outfitted: week 6, Watercolour on Canson paper

Phoning this one in from my family home in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. It's a little rushed, and I am not completely satisfied with the face and skirt. Working away from the studio is hard!

vintage hat, necklace, and silk blouse: boutique encore, an initiative of the lennoxville & district women's centre
belt: vintage, thrifted
skirt: borrowed from my sister emily, who also took the photos this week
sandals: steve madden

Bluebird

A tiny sketch from a tacky little still-life... I almost didn't scan this one. I found this bluebird egg cup at the St. Lawrence Sunday antique market.
